As part of its expansion strategy, MTCO has commenced the construction of a new factory in Shaqra Industrial City (MODON) on a total area of 6,000 m².

MTCO has signed the “Aseel Residential” project in Al Rimal District, Riyadh, strengthening its growing portfolio of high-quality residential developments.

MTCO has achieved internationally recognized ISO certifications issued by an independent certification body and has also been approved under the national “Made in Saudi” program—two separate credentials that reinforce quality and local content commitments.

MTCO has launched a manufacturing enhancement program aimed at increasing production capacity and improving lead times through workflow optimization and standardized operating procedures.

MTCO has strengthened its integrated Design–Manufacture–Install model to reduce execution conflicts, accelerate delivery, and enhance quality through end-to-end accountability.
